Automatic strapping machine for PET strapping, model PERFORMANCE +PET, up to 30 cycles per minute, for PP strapping with 9-11 mm strap width, elektronic tension control, automatic strap and strap end ejecting system and automatic strap load

Advantages:

1. A 9-mm PET strapping is the same tensile strength as a 12 mm PP strapping considerably cheaper
2. PET strapping is stiffer and therefore runs much trouble-free as PP strapping
3. PET has a lower back strain, i.e. the applied voltage is maintained
4. PET is splice-resistant than PP
5. PET is impact resistant and therefore extremely abrasion poorer, so the maintenance costs are lower than for PP strapping

If you want to integrate an automatic strapping machine in a roller conveyor, our model Performance+A will be the best solution for you. It is technically based on our model Performance+, but in addition it is also equipped by a conveyor belt. When passing the photo cells, a pre-defined number of strapping cycles will be done fully automatically. Several options like a pneumatic press, a conveyor belt speed adjustment tool etc. are also available. Our LS-600 A can be produced in any arch dimension.

Bei der Performance+L sitzt das Verschlussaggregat deutlich tiefer als bei der Performance / Plus (440 mm Arbeitshöhe). Der Automat ist daher besonders geeignet für Packstücke die der Maschine in Bodenhöhe zugeführt werden. Auch für dieses Modell sind zahlreiche Rahmengrößen verfügbar. Zudem gibt es zwei verschiedene Grundvarianten: Mit Rollentisch sowie ohne Rollentisch zur Integration in eine bereits bestehende Förderstrecke. Auf Wunsch kann die Rollenbahn auch angetrieben werden; in diesem Fall gehören zwei Photozellen zur Serienausstattung.
