When light roll conveyors reach their limits due to high packaged good weight or due to tough environmental surroundings, heavy duty roll conveyors are required. They consist of a stable and high load-bearing frame structure as well as massive, steel-made load-bearing rollers . Depending on the rolls' diameter, different load capacities are available:
